Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in the showroom and in-home to assess needs and provide product solutions
- Present premium window and door options tailored to customer requirements
- Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals
- Guide customers through the full sales cycle using a consultative, value-based approach
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline through trade shows and community events
- Set appointments and follow up consistently with prospective clients
- Manage leads and sales activity using CRM tools
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- Previous sales experience required (home improvement, construction, or related industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in showroom, in-home, and event-based environments
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of financing options is an advantage
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused
Compensation & Opportunity
