About the role
As a Sales Representative/Retail Account Manager (RAM), you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Chattanooga area. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility between working from home and local office visits.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful account management
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with retail partners
- Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales or retail management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
