Sales Representative / Retail Account Manager (RAM)

Joining IDT Corporation through BOSS Revolution, you will be a Sales Representative/Retail Account Manager based in the Washington State/Oregon corridor.

About the role

As a Sales Representative/Retail Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, managing relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with broader business goals.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote products/services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
