Sales Representative (Real Estate)

AST Defeasance is a leading boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in commercial real estate finance. We handle several thousand transactions annually and are the largest firm in our field nationwide, combining ingenuity, expertise, and customer service.

About the role

Sales Representatives will source new deals for multiple lines of business, including commercial real estate loan and financial consulting. The role involves extensive training in all products offered, as well as real estate and finance principles. You will be required to meet regular sales thresholds for both closings and contacts made.

Responsibilities

• Target commercial real estate owners, sales brokers, and mortgage brokers to expand the firm’s network and reach.
• Conduct extensive emailing, phone calling, and face-to-face meetings.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a sales associate (a plus).
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service focus.

Pay

$35,000 base salary plus commission.
