About the role
This is not a traditional sales role. You will be working with warm, inbound leads who have already expressed interest in learning more. There is no cold calling.
This is a consultative, high-trust, high-performance role for someone who knows how to lead conversations, build relationships, ask thoughtful questions, and help people make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Work exclusively with inbound leads who have expressed interest in regenerative medicine treatments.
- Guide prospective patients through the intake and decision-making process.
- Educate patients on available treatment options, procedures, timelines, expectations, and next steps.
- Build trust through active listening, empathy, and exceptional communication.
- Conduct consultations and help patients determine whether treatment may be the right fit.
- Cook up with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Manage patient records, payments, scheduling, and intake documentation.
- Maintain CRM activity, follow-up tasks, and performance metrics.
- Generate referrals through exceptional patient experience and relationship building.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.

- Experience with CRM and sales software preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience in healthcare, wellness, medical sales, high-ticket sales, or consultative sales is a plus.

Expected first-year earnings of $120,000 to $150,000+
Top performers can earn well over $200,000 annually
