About the role

This is not a traditional sales role. You will be working with warm, inbound leads who have already expressed interest in learning more. There is no cold calling.

This is a consultative, high-trust, high-performance role for someone who knows how to lead conversations, build relationships, ask thoughtful questions, and help people make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Work exclusively with inbound leads who have expressed interest in regenerative medicine treatments.
  • Guide prospective patients through the intake and decision-making process.
  • Educate patients on available treatment options, procedures, timelines, expectations, and next steps.
  • Build trust through active listening, empathy, and exceptional communication.
  • Conduct consultations and help patients determine whether treatment may be the right fit.
  • Cook up with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Manage patient records, payments, scheduling, and intake documentation.
  • Maintain CRM activity, follow-up tasks, and performance metrics.
  • Generate referrals through exceptional patient experience and relationship building.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM and sales software preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A high level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, medical sales, high-ticket sales, or consultative sales is a plus.

Pay

Expected first-year earnings of $120,000 to $150,000+

Top performers can earn well over $200,000 annually
