Sales Representative – Paid Training – $65K–$120K+

About the role

We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Representatives, helping homeowners and small businesses access clean, affordable energy through community solar and rooftop solutions. No solar experience required — we provide paid training, tools, and a proven system to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and small businesses across your local territory
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
• Explain community solar and rooftop solar options in a simple, clear way
• Convert prospects into subscribers and customers
• Track activity and work toward weekly and monthly sales goals

Requirements

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable learning and explaining new concepts
• Previous sales experience preferred (not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
