Job Description

Cosmo Appliances seeks a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth in their B2B territory. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in cold calling and relationship building to foster strong connections with dealers, distributors, and professionals in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Locate and pursue innovative business opportunities
  • Pursue leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry players
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts and customer needs
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in industry events to expand professional networks
  • Prepare and present quotations, contracts, and proposals
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Maintain sales targets and objectives
  • Record and manage sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system

Requirements

  • Proven success in outside sales and account management
  • Strong background in cold calling and sales initiatives
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with kitchen appliances or related industry (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel for dealer engagements as required

Job Type

This is an independent contractor position (1099) and not an employee role. Compensation is based on a commission structure.
