Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves traveling and meeting with clients, prospects, and leads in person. Your primary focus will be on B2B accounts, dealers, and builders.

Responsibilities

  • Locate and pursue innovative business opportunities in the designated area.
  • Pursue leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and professional real estate industry clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales tactics to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with internal departments like marketing and product development to support sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Stay updated on market changes, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Cosmo Products and expand the professional network.
  • Acquire quotations, contracts, and sales proposals for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while adhering to business policies and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using a CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales and account management.
  • Strong background in cold calling and driving sales initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with kitchen appliances or related industry (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel for dealer engagements as required.

Job Type

This is an independent contractor position (1099) and not an employee role.

Compensation

The compensation structure is commission-based.

Work Location

Hybrid remote in Chino, CA 91710.

Salary

$15,000.00 per year.
