Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record of success in selling business-oriented software solutions to government agencies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business-to-government (B2G) sales, particularly selling software to program management and decision-making entities within the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by selling CORAS decision management software to U.S. Navy Program Offices, PEOs, and Pentagon-level Portfolio and Requirements offices.
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in target agencies, including decision-makers at all levels.
- Understand the unique needs of DoD and other government organizations, and position CORAS as the ideal solution for their portfolio and decision management challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, customer success, and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to senior-level government officials.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of CORAS’s product suite, the competitive landscape, and market trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in business-oriented software, with a focus on government agencies, program management offices, or decision-making environments.
- Proven track record of selling to U.S. government agencies, particularly within the Department of Defense, including U.S. Navy Program Offices, PEOs, or Pentagon-level offices.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and acquisition vehicles.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with government stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Pay
$60,000-$225,000 yearly.
