About the role
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a crucial role in building key relationships across various departments, serving as the central hub for efficient communication and project coordination. This position offers extensive opportunities to interact with all aspects of the business and is ideal for individuals with relevant experience or a positive attitude eager to learn.
Responsibilities
Customer / Account Management: Supports Area Sales Managers by managing critical data in the company’s Business Management System. Serves as the customer's primary contact, ensuring updates on projects and addressing delivery and customer service issues.
Proposal Management: Generates and coordinates proposals, providing commercial and technical clarifications. Ensures all proposals are reviewed and stored according to Sulzer’s internal delegation of authority.
Project/Commercial Management: Facilitates project completion from purchase order receipt to invoice approval. Manages project scopes, releases, and communications, and reviews summary technical reports for accuracy.
Quality / Continuous Improvement: Supports quality initiatives to enhance customer experience and complies with Sulzer’s QESH regulations, promoting safety and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Mechanical Engineering Degree
Bilingual (English/Spanish) oral and written skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
