About the role
Run 1-2 appointments per day, with the opportunity to add more, in a 100-120-mile radius of the Richmond, VA office. You will be educating customers about our quality products and services in their home. Use AI tools to provide a visual tool allowing the customer(s) to see what their home will look like upon completion of installation. Will also provide accurate measurements of roofing, siding and gutters safely. Offer a quote within the customers’ budget. Immediate approvals for financing as we work with 6 different lenders. Identify customer needs and provide a five-star shop-at-home experience.

- Paid training provided upon successful completion of product knowledge and sales process training.
- $80k-$150k+ first year average with Paramount Builders & $300k - $400k+/year Top Performer Average.

- Weekly pay via direct deposit with 50% of commission is paid upfront and the remaining 50% paid upon job completion.
