Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email and customer visits
- Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment
- Provide support to a team of sales reps, both inside and outside sales efforts
- Cook with tenure sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Prior inside sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to continually learn about Bisco Industries, our customers and the industry
- Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school or other activities
- History of persistence or commitment to school, work or the community

Schedule
- Onsite, Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM with an hour lunch
Pay
- Yearly Pay Range of $52K-$57K paid out hourly. ($25/hr to $27/hr)
