Sales Representative (Commission Only)

GoFlight is an operations platform for US charter operators and brokers, launching at NBAA-BACE in October 2026. Flyn, our AI teammate, does the busywork operators are drowning in. We're looking for a sales rep to demo Flyn to charter operators and brokers over video and close subscriptions. PAY: COMMISSION ONLY• 20% of each new customer's first-year subscription, paid as the customer pays.• You sell a $300/month subscription: $720 to you for every customer who stays a year.• No base pay. If you need a salary right now, this isn't the right fit, and we'd rather say so up front. THE DETAILS• Location: remote, US only• Who you sell to: Part 135 charter operators and brokers• Leads: from NBAA-BACE and our prospect list• Schedule: you set your own hours and targets. Students and recent grads welcome. WHAT WE NEED• Comfortable on a call. You book video demos, run them, and follow up until there's a yes or a clear no. Rejection doesn't slow you down.• Curious about aviation. Charter, dispatch or broker experience is a big plus but not required. We'll teach you how Part 135 charter works and what operators care about.• Organized. You work a pipeline: who you called, what they said, when to follow up.• Runs your own day.
