Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality & food service industries, focusing on professional knife sharpening services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other food service establishments to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Custom Solutions: Develop tailored knife sharpening programs that address the unique needs of each client while aligning with ZWILLING’s standards of excellence.
- Cross Selling: Identify additional categories or sales opportunities to broaden the scope of products and/or services sold.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, account management, and innovative solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with sharpening specialists and regional service managers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about trends and challenges in the food service sector, leveraging this knowledge to refine and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or culinary position within the food service, hospitality, or related industry.
- Passion for premium kitchen tools, culinary excellence, and superior craftsmanship.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals.
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Willingness to travel regionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
