Sales Representative

About the Role

Join our local, family-owned sales team as an Outside Sales Representative and take on a role where your efforts directly shape your success. We’re looking for someone ready to bring fresh energy and ideas to a third-generation business deeply rooted in the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out smart sales strategies that drive revenue and get results.
• Network and cold call to uncover new business opportunities in your local territory.
• Build and foster meaningful relationships with new and existing customers.
• Lead product demos and presentations that highlight how our solutions benefit clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed your targets.
• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Proven track record in outside sales, particularly with a "hunter" mentality.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills, whether via phone or in-person meetings.
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or business-to-business service sales.
• Excellent driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
