About the Role

The purpose of this role is to increase revenue by enrolling more customers into our on-site, membership-based training program. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase our reality-based simulator, and provide informative tours of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 90-minute training demos, facility tours, and membership offers to enroll customers into our membership program.
• Prospecting: Book additional tours from a database of thousands of people who have registered for training but never completed the scheduling process.
• Nurture prospects who do not sign up immediately during their training demo to convert them into customers later.
• Update the CRM daily with accurate information to maintain visibility and accountability, ensuring no commission opportunities are missed.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is often preferred, especially for sales roles in certain industries.
• Industry-specific certifications can be beneficial.

Schedule

Sales Representatives are expected to work full 40-hour weeks, including long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You may also be required to be on call or work overtime during busy periods or to address unexpected issues.

The facility is open the following hours: Monday - Sunday, 9AM to 7PM.
