Responsibilities
- Convert Leads Into Members
- Meet with prospective members during scheduled appointments
- Conduct facility tours and membership presentations
- Demonstrate the value of UDT training programs
- Recommend membership options based on customer goals
- Close memberships and complete enrollment paperwork
- Follow Up Relentlessly
- Contact leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and in-person conversations
- Build relationships with prospects who are not ready to join immediately
- Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule
- Re-engage inactive leads
- Manage Your Sales Pipeline
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads and opportunities
- Schedule appointments and follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate records and notes
- Monitor personal sales metrics and conversion rates
- Represent the UDT Brand
- Deliver a professional, high-energy customer experience
- Participate in community events and outreach activities
- Build relationships with local businesses, first responders, veterans, and community organizations
Requirements
- Proven sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Pay
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Schedule
This is not a behind-the-desk position. This is a relationship-building, goal-oriented sales role where success is measured by your ability to connect with people, follow up consistently, and close memberships.
