Responsibilities

• Serve Others

• Connecting with 10–15 contacts a day
• A mix of on-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups
• Getting to know all kinds of industries — Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, and more
• Show customers what Surface Experts can (and can't) do
• Checking in on how happy they are and spotting ways to do even better
• Earn trust by genuinely serving people
• Brainstorming and chasing down new opportunities
• Learning our sales scripts and sharpening them through role-play
• Tracking every client in our CRM from first lead to Work Order
• Keeping your data accurate day to day, week to week
• Planning and owning the sales strategy for your territory
• Goal-oriented, self-starting, and full of energy
• You genuinely enjoy being around people
• Licensed to drive a passenger car with a clean driving record
• Professional, caring, and service-minded
• Ready to thrive on a metrics-based, process-driven team
• Working knowledge of property management and/or construction
• Experience with a CRM tool and process

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels, and more. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.

Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
