Sales Representative
About the Role
Southern National Roofing is urgently hiring in-home sales closers and sales representatives who want to earn serious money without chasing their own leads. Every appointment is pre-qualified and scheduled by our in-house team, allowing you to focus on closing. Our top closers consistently earn $150K+ running company-provided appointments.

This role is ideal for high-ticket sales professionals, sales representatives, account managers, car sales professionals, and retail sales leaders comfortable presenting in person and closing large deals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 8 - 12 pre-scheduled and pre-confirmed in-home appointments per week
- Close sales and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services
- Drive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking required
- Complete a thorough PAID two-week training program with our dedicated sales training team as part of onboarding
- Attend regular sales meetings

Requirements
- 3 years of prior outside sales experience is mandatory for this position
- Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Open to coaching and eager to acquire new skills
- Self-discipline and high motivation for financial success
- Proficient in utilizing laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
Compensation
- Expected monthly earnings: $12,500 - $25,000
- On Target Annual Earnings: $150,000 - $300,000
- Weekly draw against commission + Progressive Uncapped Commission
- Bonus opportunities and other incentives
Schedule
- Monday - Friday: Appointments scheduled at 1pm and 6pm
- Saturday: Appointments at 10am and 2pm
- Sales meetings may occur Monday - Thursday at 11am
