Sales Representative

About the role

We set the appointments. You close them. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in‑house call center — no cold calling, no door knocking, no self‑generating leads. You show up, run the proven process, and close the sale.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2‑3 pre‑qualified homeowners each day
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof condition
• Present the solution and financing options
• Close the sale on the first visit (one‑call‑close)
• Hand the approved project to the installation team and go home
• No prospecting or pipeline building required

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Ability to travel to Charlotte, NC for the paid two‑week training
• Evening and Saturday availability (appointments at 1 pm & 6 pm Mon‑Fri, 10 am & 2 pm Sat)
• Comfortable presenting in a homeowner’s living room and working from a tablet

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required; top closers come from diverse backgrounds (car sales, retail, restaurant management, etc.)
• Coachable and competitive mindset
