About the role

Southern National Roofing is hiring in‑home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in‑house call center — no cold calling, no door knocking, no self‑generated leads. You show up, follow the proven process, and close the sale.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2‑3 pre‑qualified homeowners per day
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof
• Present the solution and financing options
• Close on the first visit (one‑call‑close)
• Hand the project to the install team and move on to the next appointment
• No prospecting or pipeline building required

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Ability to travel to Charlotte, NC for the paid two‑week training
• Evening and Saturday availability
• Comfortable presenting in a homeowner’s living room and working from a tablet

Pay

On‑target earnings: $150,000 – $250,000 uncapped. First‑year reps who run the process earn $150,000+. Proven closers earn $250,000+. A $500 weekly draw against commission is paid every Friday starting week one, with monthly bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Appointments run at 1 pm and 6 pm Monday through Friday, and 10 am and 2 pm on Saturday. Team meetings are held Tuesday through Thursday at 11 am. This is a six‑day week with evening appointments; mornings are free, and the 6 pm slot is where the money is made.
