About the role

We are a rapidly expanding flooring company dedicated to making a difference in our customers' lives. We are seeking passionate, energetic individuals who are eager to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and assist them in choosing the best flooring solutions
• Create a positive in-home experience for each customer
• Close sales using warm, company-provided leads
• Participate in ongoing training and support programs

Requirements

• No prior flooring experience required
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with homeowners
• Able to be flexible with availability, including weekends and evenings
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve success

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping customers make important decisions

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and trust with customers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
