Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Generate leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their needs, challenges, and purchasing requirements.
• Present and demonstrate products or services effectively to potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations when required.
• Negotiate pricing and terms while working toward mutually beneficial agreements.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to close sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Stay informed about company products, services, competitors, and market trends.
• Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
