What You’ll Do

  • Contact prospective customers to share the benefits of our services (phone, email, texting or in person)
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities
  • Provide accurate, timely quotes and follow up to close business
  • Develop strong relationships with residential and commercial customers
  • Represent Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Prospect and cold-call potential customers

Requirements

  • Minimum at least 2 years of sales experience (direct, door-to-door, phone, or service-based preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding goals
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
  • Comfortable prospecting and cold-calling new customers and prospective customers to secure new business and upsell opportunities
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to learn about pest control and our services
  • Resilience and persistence (you don’t give up easily)
  • Natural communication and persuasion skills
  • A strong sense of ownership and personal accountability
  • Experience in pest control, lawn care, home services, or customer-facing sales
