Sales Representative

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners in their homes to assess their needs, design customized bath solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process. All appointments are pre-scheduled, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing sales.

What You’ll Do

• Consult with homeowners to understand project goals and needs
• Create custom bath designs using digital tools
• Present product options and pricing clearly and professionally
• Close sales during in-home appointments
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

What You Bring

• Proven sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to connect with customers and build trust quickly
• Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Background in bath remodeling, construction, or home improvement is highly desirable
