Responsibilities

• Canvass different neighborhoods around the area
• Engage with potential customers and increase interest in our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
• Work independently, managing time and solving problems
• Always be polite and professional when engaging with homeowners
• Learn about homeowners' remodeling needs
• Perform roof inspections to assess their situation
• Explain what we can do for them and encourage them to book a service
• Track your progress and adjust strategies as needed to close more deals

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Pay

Average earnings of $100,000+/year with uncapped commissions.

Schedule

You'll work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Depending on the season, you may also need to work Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
