Sales Representative
Overview
Legacy Restoration is hiring multiple entry‑level Sales Representatives to attract new customers for our roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. This full‑time, performance‑based role offers significant income growth, with average earnings of $100,000+ per year and uncapped commissions. A vehicle stipend, logo gear, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods and engage potential customers.
- Promote high‑quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
- Work independently, managing time and solving problems on the fly.
- Interact politely and professionally with homeowners to understand their remodeling needs.
- Perform roof inspections to assess situations firsthand.
- Explain service options and encourage customers to schedule appointments.
- Track sales progress and adjust strategies to close more deals.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm. Seasonal Saturdays may be required, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Pay
Average earnings of $100,000+ per year with uncapped commissions; compensation grows directly with sales performance.

Requirements
- 18 + years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
- Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
- Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
