Sales Representative

About the role

Legacy Restoration is hiring multiple entry-level Sales Representatives to attract new customers for its roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. The role offers performance‑based earnings with average earnings of $100,000+/year and uncapped commissions, plus a vehicle stipend and logo gear.

Responsibilities

• Canvas neighborhoods and engage with potential customers.
• Perform roof inspections to assess homeowners’ remodeling needs.
• Explain services and encourage customers to book work.
• Track sales progress and adjust strategies to close more deals.
• Work independently, managing time and solving problems while maintaining a polite, professional demeanor.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Pay

Average earnings of $100,000+/year with uncapped commissions; earnings grow directly with sales performance.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–7:00 pm; occasional Saturdays 9:00 am–2:00 pm depending on season.
