Sales Representative

About the role

Legacy Restoration is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to learn the business, develop sales skills, and grow earning potential. The role offers performance‑based earnings with average earnings of $100,000+/year and uncapped commissions. You will receive a vehicle stipend, logo gear, and a comprehensive benefits package. Legacy Restoration’s mission is to provide exceptional home repairs after storms, accidents, or wear, restoring customers’ exteriors to fantastic condition since 2011.

Responsibilities

• Canvass different neighborhoods to engage potential customers and increase interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
• Work independently, requiring strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Interact politely and professionally with homeowners to learn their remodeling needs and perform roof inspections.
• Explain service offerings and encourage customers to book appointments.
• Track sales progress and adjust strategies to close more deals.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Pay

Average earnings of $100,000+/year with uncapped commissions; earnings increase directly with sales performance.
