Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support the growth of our commercial janitorial services. This role is primarily responsible for generating new business by proactively identifying, pursuing, and securing new customer accounts within commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial facilities.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits to generate new leads.
- Perform facility walkthroughs to assess client needs and develop customized janitorial service proposals.
- Present service solutions and pricing to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and secure new service contracts.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
