What You Will Do As A Sales Representative
- Identifies prospects and develops business relationships
- Sells approved products and services
- Works strategically with customers to provide solutions
- Collaborates with internal departments for cross-selling strategies
- Resolves and troubleshoots customer issues
- Assesses potential customers for Fleet Team, Inc. services
- Initiates and approves documentation for sales orders
- Maintains regular communication for continued support
- Facilitates demonstrations of material handling solutions
- Generates leads, follows up, and networks with current customers
- Reviews monthly sales representative scorecards with Sales Manager
- Attends team meetings to discuss department goals and strategies
- Develops and meets annual sales goals
- Monitors territory by making daily sales calls
- Uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track daily customer interactions
- Maintains professionalism and reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- Two or more years of outside sales experience
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop relationships with customers
- Minimal travel outside of territory (trade shows, training)
- Smart dress and professional appearance
