What You Will Do As A Sales Representative

  • Identifies prospects and develops business relationships
  • Sells approved products and services
  • Works strategically with customers to provide solutions
  • Collaborates with internal departments for cross-selling strategies
  • Resolves and troubleshoots customer issues
  • Assesses potential customers for Fleet Team, Inc. services
  • Initiates and approves documentation for sales orders
  • Maintains regular communication for continued support
  • Facilitates demonstrations of material handling solutions
  • Generates leads, follows up, and networks with current customers
  • Reviews monthly sales representative scorecards with Sales Manager
  • Attends team meetings to discuss department goals and strategies
  • Develops and meets annual sales goals
  • Monitors territory by making daily sales calls
  • Uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track daily customer interactions
  • Maintains professionalism and reliability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Two or more years of outside sales experience
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers
  • Minimal travel outside of territory (trade shows, training)
  • Smart dress and professional appearance
