About the role

The Escrow & Title Business Development Executive position is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working within a collaborative, supportive environment. This role offers the chance to build a market, grow meaningful partnerships, and work alongside a leadership team committed to execution, culture, accountability, and people.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and key partners throughout Northern Nevada
  • Develop new business opportunities through consistent market presence, networking, and relationship-building
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on responsiveness, trust, and follow-through
  • Partner closely with escrow and operational teams to drive client success and retention
  • Represent a trusted national brand while continuing to build your own reputation in the market

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real Estate industry experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • A valid driver’s license

Pay and Schedule

This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. The monthly commission range is $55,000 - $75,000, with an annual base salary pay range based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
