About the role
The Business Development Executive position is ideal for someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills, a motivated and self-driven mindset, and experience in business development, sales, or real estate-related industries. This role offers the autonomy to build your business and develop your market, along with comprehensive onboarding, training, and ramp support designed to help you grow with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and community partners throughout Northern Nevada
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship management
- Partner closely with escrow and operational teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Establish a strong local market presence through consistency, responsiveness, and follow-through
- Help drive regional growth while building your own long-term career path
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

- Requires a valid driver’s license
