Pay
Base Hourly + Commission
- First 30 days: $35/hr + 10% commission on sales (minus expenses)
- 31-60 days: $30/hr + 10% commission on sales (minus expenses)
- 61+ days: 12% commission on sales (minus expenses) with a guaranteed minimum base annual pay of $11,700

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of customers’ homes to investigate and resolve rodent issues (roof, attic, basements, garages, crawlspaces, etc.)
- Prepare accurate estimates for work to be completed
- Manage customer pipeline and follow up with prospects throughout sales life cycle
- Travel throughout King & Snohomish counties regularly to prospective customers
- Collaborate across multiple departments
- Work unsupervised and independently
- Lift up to 60 pounds
- Crawl, twist, and maneuver in crawlspaces and attics for long periods of time
- Maneuver, secure, climb, and work from ladders and rooftops
Requirements
- 3-5 years outside sales experience required
- WA State Pest Control license (preferred)
- Basic understanding of residential structures (preferred)
- BPI Certified (preferred)
- Proficient with computer usage, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Valid driver’s license
- Must undergo a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
