Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
• Develop strong relationships with mill personnel, production teams, and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts.
• Work closely with technical resources to support customer needs and resolve challenges.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain a strong field presence.
• Support account retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of sales, account management, or industry experience.
• Exposure to the pulp, paper, packaging, or converting industries preferred.
• Understanding of mill operations and manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
