Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with visitors to build relationships and assist the Community Sales Manager to determine visitor needs and preferences.
- Provide consistent and timely follow up with visitors and buyers from initial visit through closing and beyond.
- Aid the Community Sales Manager with prospecting, marketing, and promoting new business.
- Support the Community Sales Manager with all administrative aspects of the sales office, including but not limited to:
- answering phones,
- preparing purchase contracts,
- taking reservations,
- coordinating sales office & model maintenance,
- opening & closing of the sales complex,
- scheduling appointments,
- pre-qualifying potential buyers,
- signage, exterior maintenance, etc.
What You Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous new home sales experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong listening skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Highly organized.
