Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Learn the system and products, their usage and pricing
• Make daily customer visits
• Provide information about products and services

• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Collect customer credit information
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services for training
