What You Will Do
- Consult with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Present solutions clearly, professionally, and confidently
- Build trust with customers through strong communication and follow-up
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed performance goals
- Manage leads and opportunities through the sales process
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions (Products and services include drain-related solutions and home service offerings.)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (inside or outside sales)
- Strong closing ability and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working evenings and occasional weekends as part of a rotation
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in home services is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday - Friday with evening and weekend rotations
- Earning potential $120,000 - $200,000+ per year
- Performance-based compensation structure
