Sales Rep - Paid Weekly - Part Time
About the role
Vector Marketing is holding virtual interviews for entry‑level sales representative positions. Representatives sell Cutco products — primarily kitchen cutlery and some gardening tools — through one‑on‑one appointments that emphasize customer service. No prior experience is required; training is designed to help new reps succeed immediately. Flexible schedules are available for those looking to earn extra income around other commitments.
Pay
- Guaranteed base pay of $22.00 per qualified appointment, not tied to sales results.
- Performance‑based commission structure that increases with career sales performance (no annual resets or tenure‑based resets).
- Representatives earn the higher of base pay or commission each week; even during slower weeks, reps are paid for every qualified appointment completed.

Schedule

Requirements
- Enjoy working with people.
- At least 18 years old (or 17 with a high‑school diploma/GED); conditions apply.
- Able to start on at least a part‑time basis within the next 7–10 days.
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Qualifications
People who have succeeded in this role come from a wide variety of backgrounds — retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist, office work, landscaping, and many other fields. Some had no traditional work experience but excelled in activities such as theater, sports, or band.
