Sales Rep - Paid Weekly - Part Time
About the role
Vector Marketing is holding virtual interviews for entry‑level sales representatives. Representatives sell Cutco products — primarily kitchen cutlery and some gardening tools — through one‑on‑one appointments that emphasize customer service. No prior experience is required; training is designed to help new reps succeed immediately. After initial training, reps work locally, with meetings and ongoing training held in the office.
Pay
- Guaranteed base pay of $22.00 per qualified appointment, not tied to sales results.
- Performance‑based commission structure that increases with career sales performance (no annual resets or tenure‑based increases).
- Each week, representatives earn the higher of base pay or commission.
- Even during slower weeks, reps are paid for every qualified appointment completed, regardless of sales outcome.
Benefits
- Comprehensive initial training before starting, plus continued support and additional training over time.
- Long‑term career paths available, including management and career sales professional tracks, even for part‑time reps.

- Options range from full‑time to “super part‑time.”
