About the role
You would be committed to achieving monthly enrollment goals and facilitating the admissions process for prospective students, while providing exceptional customer service. As an advisor, counselor, and recruiter, you will play a vital role in shaping careers by helping future students and their families make informed career choices.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective students using creative lead generation techniques
- Create a positive first impression and establish strong mentoring relationships
- Conduct campus tours
- Attend college/high school fairs
- Network with industry employers
- Facilitate financial aid workshops
- Answer all admissions-related queries in a timely and professional manner
- Explain Lincoln Tech's programs, including program cost and financial aid options
- Explain enrollment paperwork, cancellation policy, and Code of Conduct to help students make informed decisions
- Serve as point-of-contact for students throughout the program lifecycle
- Create an unparalleled admission experience while remaining compliant with organizational policies and state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines
- Report to the Director of Admissions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of sales or admissions experience
- Able to engage with a diverse population
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule that will require evenings and weekends
- In certain states, must be able to be bonded and licensed as an Admissions Representative
- Must participate in leadership development training activities
