About the role
Responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to customers regarding chimney maintenance and repair services.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and resolving chimney-related issues.
- Provide technical guidance on chimney cleaning, inspection, and repair procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the construction or service industry.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Knowledge of chimney systems and related technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
