Sales Relocation Consultant

Overview

We are a high-end relocation company seeking a Sales Relocation Consultant for Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. The role involves booking household goods relocation and moving services over the phone with various clients.

Responsibilities

• Answering callers looking to book a move or inquire about services.
• Preparing accurate and complete moving estimates and quotes over the phone in accordance with company standards and pricing.
• Ensuring all customer information is entered and collected accurately and thoroughly.
• Referring leads to the outside sales team for jobs requiring on-site estimates.
• Maintaining relationships with customers to foster future business opportunities.
• Achieving quarterly performance standards by meeting and exceeding monthly goals.
• Professionally communicating customer expectations to the operations team as necessary.
• Performing follow-ups on pending estimates and maintaining information within the company’s proprietary software/operations management system.
• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in sales or telesales for the moving industry.
• Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful customer service drive.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to be successful and close deals.
