Work Designation
Depending on your location within the continental US, this role may be hybrid or remote.
- If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. This means you will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week and from your home for the remaining portion.
- If you live more than 50 miles from the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be remote. This means you will work from your home within the continental US. There may be occasions where you are requested to come to the office based on business need, with advance communication.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional job-related work experience
- Sales experience in the Insurance industry
- Experience recruiting sales professionals
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Travel less than or equal to 75%
Responsibilities
- Partners with sales leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies, serving as a talent consultant to build and strengthen future recruiting capabilities across the territory.
- Delivery of all recruiting-related training for territory, markets, and regions, including RSC onboarding trainings and follow-up support.
- Develops and delivers forecasting and scenario analyses for sales force recruiting efforts; evaluates key sourcing outcomes and clearly communicates results to leadership, while recommending adjustments to optimize return on investment.
- Communicates relevant data on recruiting trends and presents information to leadership through visualized charts, graphs, and meters to drive performance in order to achieve priority objectives.
- Works closely with Distribution Vice Presidents, Market Directors, and Regional Sales Coordinators to ensure markets meet their recruiting goals and objectives, while maximizing the efficiency of the new recruit onboarding process.
- Analyzes recruiting activities and trends that impact tactical and strategic goals; facilitates integration of processes and feedback into existing recruiting strategies; collects key data and metrics that will be used to translate recruiting trend analysis and forecast.
- Collaborates with various internal Aflac partners to support recruiting technologies in an effort to enhance reporting and analytics.
- Assesses source effectiveness and identifies improvement actions; tracks key metrics with a focus on continuous improvement, while monitoring shifts in market conditions.
- Manages training and change management activities in support of recruiting efforts, including the adoption and use of new and/or changed processes.
- Travels to territory and market operations and conducts in-person recruiting training with both career and broker channels.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Pay
The salary range for this job is $80,000 - $130,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors including education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
