About the role
As a Sales Recruiter at Chandler, Arizona, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent within the sales industry. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates who align with our company culture and meet our sales requirements. Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening and qualifying candidates to determine their fit with the company’s values and sales roles.
- Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with industry contacts to identify new opportunities for recruitment.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources to succeed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting or related field.
