About the role
The Sales Recruiter will identify and recruit qualified candidates for positions across all corporate brands. They will develop and execute a best-in-class employee relations strategy to attract and recruit top-level candidates.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates
- Maintain the accuracy of recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
- Pre-screen candidates using available screening tools, including resume analysis, telephone screens, reference checks, etc.
- Note all candidate correspondence in the ATS and tactfully communicate with all applicants not hired or determined unqualified for employment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Negotiate salaries and clearly present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during offer process
Requirements
- 2+ years proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably in a fast-paced organization
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience sourcing, qualifying and interviewing candidates
- Extensive knowledge in full-cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.)
- Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
- Must possess a high degree of business savvy and ability to use discretion
