About the role
The Sales Recruiter will identify and recruit qualified candidates for positions across all corporate brands. They will focus on developing and executing a best-in-class employee relations strategy to attract and recruit top-level candidates.
Responsibilities
- Source and build a pipeline of candidates utilizing a variety of sources including referrals, networking, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to recruit and hire top candidates.
- Maintain the accuracy of recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Pre-screen candidates using available screening tools, including resume analysis, telephone screens, reference checks, etc.
- Note all candidate correspondence in the ATS and tactfully communicate with all applicants not hired or determined unqualified for employment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
- Negotiate salaries and clearly present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during the offer process.
Requirements
- 2+ years proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience sourcing, qualifying and interviewing candidates.
- Extensive knowledge in full-cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.).
- Strong communication, writing and organizational skills.
- Must possess a high degree of business savvy and ability to use discretion.
