Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national sales hiring needs.
- Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in office full time.
- Must be driven by candidate satisfaction.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong organizational, verbal, written and follow-up skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
- Prior experience in recruitment or sales preferred.
- Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth.
- Able to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits
Base salary plus commission: $90,000 - $100,000
