Join our dynamic sales team in Orlando, FL. We are seeking a skilled Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and will be responsible for sourcing and engaging potential candidates for open sales positions.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for open sales positions
• Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews
• Preparing and delivering compelling job descriptions and presentations
• Building relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or recruiting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with ATS systems and social media platforms

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional networking sites
• Understanding of sales processes and best practices

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
