Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Source a pipeline of high-quality candidates for priority roles
- Attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Screens candidates and manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Lead compensation discussions and negotiations
- Ensure a great candidate experience and close top talent
- Track metrics to improve recruiting processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience hiring account and customer success managers
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leadership
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proactive and able to navigate ambiguity
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Familiar with startup equity negotiations
